Process: Program & Analysis

We start each project by meeting with the client, listening carefully to their needs and desires for their home. We ask a lot of questions and utilize the information we gather to create a “Program” which details the design goals. We thoroughly analyze the site, as well as local zoning, code and property requirements. We look at the view and sun angles, and begin to consider how best to begin the approach to the design solution.
